TRAUHUI R&D: MONITORING CHANGES FROM A MEDIUM TO LONG-TERM PERSPECTIVE
The orthopedic experimental center under Chuanghui Medical Devices Jiangsu Co., Ltd. Mainly responsible for a number of testing tasks related to the company, including the use of physical and chemical methods, instrument analysis and other means of medical devices with raw materials inspection, process control, finished product inspection, as well as materials, product failure analysis work. The center has a well-equipped analytical testing laboratory and a professional technical team with bachelor's degree or above. Professional background and work experience meet the needs of mechanical performance testing, metallographic examination, chemical analysis, microbiological testing, material failure analysis.
The center has a testing area of more than 100 square meters and more than 20 sets (sets) of testing instruments and equipment, including universal material testing machine, dynamic fatigue testing machine, universal hardness tester, CS comprehensive analyzer, ONH comprehensive analyzer, optical microscope, microbial comprehensive testing test platform, etc. In 2018, a joint laboratory was established with Gangyan Nak Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and extensive cooperation and exchanges with many national testing centers and research centers in the industry.
The scope of testing capabilities includes metallographic, mechanical and hardness testing of trauma, spine products and raw materials, covering 20 test methods such as ASTM, ISO,GB and YY.
All the staff of the center work hard, pioneering and innovative, to ensure that accurate test results are provided, to provide high-quality testing services for the company, to carry out the testing technology research of medical device products, and to contribute to the development of product technology in the industry.
