Product Description
A hollow design and the medial-lateral angle of 5°,with a CCD of 125°/130 °
240mm in length, divided into left and right sides, with anterior arch curvature to reduce anterior cortical impact
Optional for osteoporosis patients on reinforcement fixation
The sloping design of the hip compression screw tail conforms to the anatomical structure and reduces postoperative irritation
Hip compression screws are combined with fastening screws toachieve anti rotation, providing two locking methods:
①Static, quantitative locking
②Dynamic, limited sliding
The proximal femoral intramedullary nail provides more stability and allows for earlier weight bearing than the locking plate when used for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.
Nail plate fixation significantly reduces the chances of non-union compared to a single lateral plate fixation for distal femoral fractures even in more complex and difficult to manage fracture patterns. Nail plate fixation does not lead to any increase in morbidity or mortality.
Trauhui Trauma Ramic intramedullary nail system-Proximal Femoral NailⅡ has been used in surgeries since 2016, with good clinical feedback.
Intertrochanteric oblique fracture of femur
Before surgery:
Use Proximal femoral nail system to provide fixation
After surgery:
